Jim was everything we could ask for and more during the process of finding our home. He not only helped us find the perfect home for our young family, but provided great advice on negotiations, inspection response and throughout the rest of the process. Our purchase came at the very end of the year, and getting a fast close (prior to the start of the new year) saved us a great deal in property taxes (nearly $90 a month). Jim helped keep the bank’s toes to the fire to get the loan processed, allowing us to close less than 20 days after we had agreed on the purchase.
